Terms of Use

These Terms form an agreement between you and Sara Newman, trading as Newman Labs ("I", "me", "my"). They govern your use of saranewman.dev and of the applications JKAnime — Watch Anime, Reelo — Movie Discovery and GemDrop — Free Diamonds for Free Fire (together, the "Services").

By visiting the website, downloading an app or creating an account, you accept these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA and UK) to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use them with the involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

2. Licence to use the Services

I grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your own non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not sublicense, resell or redistribute the apps or their content.

3. Accounts

• JKAnime and Reelo work without an account. GemDrop requires one.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for everything that happens under your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to farm rewards is grounds for permanent suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• Tell me promptly at support@saranewman.dev if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with or attempt to bypass any security or licensing mechanism of the Services, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• use bots, emulators, automated scripts, VPN-based location spoofing or modified clients to interact with the Services;
• scrape, mirror or resell content or data obtained from the Services;
• upload unlawful, infringing, hateful or harassing material, or impersonate anyone;
• interfere with the Services' infrastructure, or probe them for vulnerabilities without written permission (responsible disclosure is welcome — write to security@saranewman.dev);
• use the Services in violation of any applicable law, sanction or export regulation.

5. Content and third-party material

The apps display metadata, artwork and links supplied by third parties — including The Movie Database (TMDB) for Reelo and publicly available series information for JKAnime. That material belongs to its respective rights holders and is shown for informational and discovery purposes.

JKAnime does not host, upload or distribute copyrighted video files. Where a series links out to a streaming provider, playback happens through that provider under its own terms. Reelo is a discovery tool and likewise streams nothing itself.

If you hold rights to material shown in an app and believe it is used improperly, email legal@saranewman.dev with the details and I will act on valid notices promptly, including takedown where appropriate.

6. GemDrop rewards programme

The following terms apply specifically to GemDrop:

• Points have no cash value. They are a promotional balance, are not property, cannot be transferred or sold, and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Earning. Points are credited when a partner confirms a completed offer, quiz or prediction. Partners may reverse a credit if the action is later found invalid; reversals are reflected in your balance.
• Redeeming. Redemptions are fulfilled as top-up codes through an authorised reseller, usually within 72 hours, subject to stock and to your correct public Free Fire player ID. An incorrect ID is your responsibility and may make a redemption unrecoverable.
• Limits. Daily and monthly redemption caps apply and are shown in the app.
• Fraud. Emulators, click farms, multi-accounting, incentivised-install abuse and any manipulation of offer attribution result in forfeiture of the balance and closure of the account.
• Expiry. Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity, after a warning email.
• I may modify, suspend or end the rewards programme. If it ends, I will give at least 30 days' notice so you can redeem an outstanding balance.

7. Subscriptions and purchases

JKAnime Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you manage or cancel it in your store account settings — not through me. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Where consumer law grants you a statutory right of withdrawal, that right is unaffected.

8. Intellectual property

The Services' source code, design, text, logos and the names "JKAnime", "Reelo", "GemDrop" and "Newman Labs" are my property or licensed to me. Third-party trademarks — including Free Fire, Garena, Apple, Google and TMDB — belong to their respective owners and are used only descriptively, with no claim of affiliation.

Feedback you send me is welcome, and you grant me a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use it to improve the Services, without obligation or compensation.

9. Availability and changes

The Services are provided on a best-effort basis by one person. Features may change, and downtime for maintenance, store review or infrastructure problems can happen. I may add, alter or discontinue features, and I will give reasonable notice before removing anything you paid for.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. I do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recommendations, listings or third-party content will be accurate or complete. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Services. My total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid me for the Services in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) US $50. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting the app and, for GemDrop, your account. I may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if fraud is detected, or if required by law — with notice where it is reasonable to give it. Sections 8, 10, 11, 13 and 14 survive termination.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in the EEA or UK keep the protection of their local mandatory law and may bring proceedings in their local courts.

Before filing anything, please email me — most problems are a five-minute conversation.

14. Miscellaneous

• If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
• My failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• You may not assign these Terms; I may assign them as part of a transfer of the Services, on notice.
• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Services.
• Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and have no obligation to provide support for the apps. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms in respect of the iOS apps and may enforce them.
• Material changes will be announced in-app or on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.
